Scott is the founder, CEO, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors and is intimately involved in all aspects and management decisions of the company. Scott is an appraiser and custom jewelry designer and he personally oversees all custom pieces that are made by Douglas Diamonds. He is a Certified Diamontologist and Guild Gemologist with the Diamond Council of America. He is also a Certified Sales Professional and Certified Management Professional with Jewelers of America and he is currently enrolled in the Gemological Institute of America working on his G.G. and A.J.P. Scott also instructs a Gemology Club at West Mont Christian Academy. His favorite items to sell are custom pieces because it is amazing to see something progress from start to finish. Scott’s favorite gemstones and gemological focuses are Tanzanite, Alexandrite, and Fancy Colored Diamonds.
Debbie is the President of Douglas Diamonds Corporation, a member of the Board of Directors, and the Director of Advertising. She usually works in the store on Wednesdays and Saturdays and is responsible for initiating most contracts for the corporation. Debbie is a Certified Diamontologist with the Diamond Council of America and is currently working towards her Guild Gemology Certification. She is a Certified Ophthalmic Technician and during the week she works at Dr. Manzo’s, a local ophthalmologist. Debbie’s favorite gemstone is Zultanite.  
 

Stephanie is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. She monitors all the finances of the corporation and must approve all financial expenditures. Stephanie does not currently have any set hours in the store but frequently stops by to chat and see how things are going. Stephanie is the librarian at West Mont Christian Academy. Stephanie’s favorite gemstone is Tanzanite.

  
Brian is a member of the Board of Directors. He is often seen on Saturdays at the store but typically handles things “behind the scenes.” Brian has a BS in Administration of Criminal Justice from Penn State and an MDIVPC from Ashland Theological Seminary. Brian is ordained with the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference (4C’s) and is currently a counselor, but due to his extensive background in the criminal justice system, he often advises the Board on legal matters before they are passed onto the corporate attorney. Brian’s favorite gemstone is Blue Sapphire.
Stephanie joined Douglas Diamonds in October of 2005. She helps with inventory purchases and is a Certified Diamontologist with the Diamond Council of America and is currently working towards her Guild Gemology Certification and her JA Certification. Her favorite items to sell are colored stone rings. Her favorite colored stone ring is the contemporary moonstone and blue diamond ring. Stephanie’s favorite gemstone is Alexandrite.
Priscilla joined Douglas Diamonds in October of 2006. She is currently working on her Diamontology Certification. Her favorite items to sell are loose stones. Priscilla’s favorite piece is the diamond circle necklace. Her favorite stone is Zultanite.
